This year’s table includes eight home competitions ahead of the SEC game.
The excitement in Florida begins with the regular season kick-off on Monday, November 7th when Florida A&M is welcomed at the O’Connell Center. Before the home opener, the Gators will host Saint Leo for an exhibition competition on Wednesday, November 2nd.
Similar to 2021-22, Orange & Blue will compete in two events at neutral locations, beginning with the St. Pete Showcase, where they will meet Green Bay on November 24th and Houston on November 26th. The out-of-conference schedule will conclude at the previously announced Jumpman Invitational in Charlotte, NC, where the Gators will face Oklahoma on December 21.
After a home game with UNC Asheville on Nov. 13, the Gators will face their first road test of the season when they travel to Tallahassee, Fla. to face Florida State rivals on Nov. 16 at the St. Pete Showcase at the end of November, UF Hosting Bethune Cookman (Nov. 18), Furman (Nov. 21), and Prairie View A&M (Nov. 30) to round out the month.
On Sunday, December 4th, the Gators expect a road trip to Dayton for a game with the Flyers before heading home on December 6th for a head-to-head with Presbyterian. Florida remains in state on December 10 and heads south to meet Miami in Coral Gables before finishing the home game against UNC Greensboro on Sunday, December 18.
The 2022-23 Southeastern Conference schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
